Opportunity Description
As an Optima Solutions Site Manager, you will lead customer support activities, supporting sales strategies to grow PPG's share in the local market.
You will manage the use of human, technical and material resources to achieve the main goals of the business always conducted under the highest ethical values and applicable corporate policies.
You will report to Optima Solutions Senior Manager
**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the plans and actions of the Technical Service team in the Control and Improvement of systems.
- Maintain good relations with the client at all levels supporting their business plans by aligning them with the PPG plan.
- Design Annual Business Plan aligned with PPG and Customer goals; Oversee its fulfillment.
- Lead the Continuous Improvement Process by questioning the different processes with the technical team in charge.
