<p>The Operating Room RN Circulator provides professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. As the patient s advocate in the operating room, the Circulator manages the overall nursing care in the OR, ensures a safe and sterile environment, coordinates the surgical team, and maintains accountability for supplies, equipment, and documentation. This role requires versatility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment with limited resources and frequent on-call demands. Key Responsibilities Patient Advocacy & Safety: Verify patient identity, surgical site, consent, and history.
