Oracle Expenses - Senior Consultant

Position Summary

RAC is seeking an Oracle Expenses Senior Consultant to lead the Expenses workstream on Oracle Cloud implementations. You will own the configuration end‑to‑end — from expense type architecture and T&E policy design through Approval Management Engine (AME) rules and Oracle Payables integration — delivering a solution that meets both Finance governance requirements and the compliance burden on travelling employees.

What You Will Do

• Design the expense type architecture — making the itemisation structure, receipt threshold, per diem rate table, mileage rate, and spending limit decisions that balance Finance governance requirements with the employee experience that determines adoption
• Configure the Approval Management Engine for expense report routing — building approval rules by amount, expense type, cost centre, employee grade, and legal employer, and designing delegation and absence handling so approvals do not stall
