Oracle Fast Formula Developer

Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fast Formula Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing client-specific formulas within Oracle Cloud applications. This position requires a strong background in developing Fast Formulas from scratch and a deep understanding of U.S. payroll and billing processes, including multi-state pay rules and calculations.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and modify existing Oracle Fast Formulas to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Develop new Fast Formulas when gaps or additional needs are identified during the implementation process.
• Provide expert support for formulas related to HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
• Map existing formulas to business requirements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
