TCS is hiring full time employee for Oracle fusion HCM functional or techno functional candidates Exp - 8yrs exp Location - Pan India work mode - Work from office Must skills - Oracle fusion/cloud functional consultant, end 2 end implementation on module Payroll Or Benefits, OR ORC OR OLC OR OTL JD for Oracle fusion HCM functional · Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. · Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion any one above module· Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc. · Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI. · Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) · HCM.
