Opportunity Description
Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Define and own the end-to-end Data Migration Strategy, including scope, approach, tooling, timeline and resource plan aligned to the overall programme schedule. Conduct legacy system assessment and data landscape analysis to identify volumes, complexity, data quality gaps and migration risk. Establish the Data Migration Governance Framework, including RACI, escalation paths, data sign-off protocols and cutover decision gates. Develop and maintain the Migration Project Plan (MPP), tracking progress against key milestones including mock migrations and dress rehearsals. Define data retention, archiving and disposal policies for historical records not migrated into Oracle HCM Cloud.
