Oracle HCM IT Technical Manager

About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced HR IT Manager to lead and support enterprise HR and workforce management technology platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and Kronos / UKG workforce management solutions. This is a strong opportunity for an IT applications leader who understands both the technical and business side of HR technology. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, Kronos / UKG, system integrations, application support, vendor management, and team leadership.
