Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for an Oracle HCM OLC – Learning Cloud for their Pittsburgh, PA location. Responsibilities:

+ Functional & Business Consulting

+ Engage with business stakeholders to understand learning, skills, and growth requirements.

+ Analyze business problems and independently propose optimal Oracle HCM solutions.

+ Translate business requirements into functional designs and solution documentation.

+ Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow.

+ Oracle HCM Configuration & Setup

+ Configure and support Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow.

+ Manage DFF, EFF, KFF, Lookups, and User Defined Tables (UDTs).

+ Ensure configurations follow Oracle best practices and scalability standards.

+ Reporting, Analytics & Data

+ Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
