Oracle HR - Workforce Planning Lead

Key Responsibilities
. Design and implement Oracle HCM and workforce planning solutions for HRled programs . Lead workforce planning activities including headcount forecasting, demand planning, and cost analysis . Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into Oracle solutions . Configure and support Oracle modules related to workforce and financial planning . Support data integration, validation, and reporting across HR and planning systems . Participate in system testing, deployment, and postgolive support . Provide functional guidance and best practices to client teams
Required Qualifications
. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle development or Oraclebased HR solutions . Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related disciplines) . Handson experience with Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Workforce Planning solutions .
