Responsibilities and Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows.
- Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and Payroll).
- Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries.
- Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution.
- Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation.
