Opportunity Description
Position Summary
The position requires very good knowledge and hands-on skills in Oracle Communications STP /
EAGLE STP / vSTP, including SS7, SIGTRAN, MTP, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, GTT, linksets, routes,
screening, and signaling traffic management. The candidate should be capable of supporting
production operations, troubleshooting complex signaling issues, executing approved MOPs,
preparing RCA, and working with Oracle TAC / Engineering and customer teams.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managed Services leadership team, the consultant will be responsible for:
Provide technical support and managed services for Oracle STP / EAGLE STP / vSTP and
associated signaling network products.
Monitor platform health, alarms, signaling links, routes, linksets, traffic status, capacity
utilization, and service availability.
Perform troubleshooting for SS7/SIGTRAN issues including link failures, routing issues, GTT
