Field Supervisor

Jealous Fruits is the northernmost large scale cherry producer in North America. We grow premium cherries along the shores of Okanagan Lake in the renowned Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. Our cherries are all hand packed in our state-of-the-art facility, located right on our farm, and shipped to our customers worldwide.
Job Purpose
Under the direction of the Crew Manager the Team Leader will lead our cherry-picking teams in the field to insure safe and efficient cherry picking.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage cherry picking teams of 20+ pickers to ensure safe and efficient cherry picking and safe tree line movement.
- Maintaining our quality driven processes.
- Take part in and provide Health and Safety and on-the-job training to pickers/field workers as required.
- Report all received QC reports to Crew Managers.
