Job Summary
The Material Planning Analyst will be based in Guadalajara North. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning and involves ensuring order fulfillment from customer order receipt to shipment, driving improvements to meet customer request dates with correct products and quantities. It also continuously considers process improvements to optimize the function and support department objectives.
Responsibilities
Operate across Program Management, production planning, and materials planning.
Act as the key liaison to customers handling order and demand fulfillment (from demand prediction to order payment).
Oversee end‐to‐end order management processes, including order entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination.
Ensure accuracy of order details (quantity, pricing, specifications) and compliance with contractual terms.
