Order Management Specialist (all genders)

**As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain.** Join our Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
**Your role:**
+ Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked
+ Pro-active collaboration with stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team
+ Ensure that all parts of a customer orders are correctly listed on the order
