Opportunity Description
The role involves managing customer contracts and orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining communication with various teams to support operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter, review, and release customer contracts and orders for the Latin America region. Follow up on forwarder arrangements and shipments.
- Work with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to make sure all orders are delivered on time and accurately.
- Update order status every day, track order release and packaging progress, and share updates with the sales team in time.
- Prepare and update customer AR statements every week, and follow up on overdue payments.
Job Requirements
- Skilled in using the SAP system.
- At least 2 years of related work experience. Quick learner and willing to take on more responsibilities and tasks assigned by the organization.
