Role Overview
The Order Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of order processing within the sales organization. This position is responsible for managing the full order lifecycle, maintaining Salesforce data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows. Acting as a key link between Sales, Operations, Legal, and Billing, the specialist ensures seamless client onboarding, subscription accuracy, and effective contract management to support revenue recognition and overall business performance.

Review and input orders into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy in product configuration, pricing, and subscription terms.
Generate quotes and draft order forms, applying correct usage of key fields (e.g., Subscription Term).
