Our client is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join their dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, ensuring data integrity and supporting a seamless order?to?cash process.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage effectively designated teamwork-flow to achieve SLAs and Targets
- Input and process orders and returns with 100% accuracy
- Review and validate orders for completeness, pricing accuracy and required documentation
- Maintain and update the customer details, order notes, billing/shipping information; generate basic reports as needed
