**Your role**
+ Ensuring accurate and timely order entry in SAP
+ Coordinating the end-to-end order delivery process
+ Cooperating closely with key stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse teams, Carriers, Accounting)
+ Investigating and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
+ Maintaining strong and professional relationships with customers
+ Participating in process improvement and optimization initiatives
