Opportunity Description
**Job Description**
The Order Picker accurately selects and moves products throughout a large warehouse using an RF scanner, push cart, pallet jack, and eventually a forklift. This role focuses on efficient order fulfillment, consistent productivity, and safe material handling in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use an RF scanner to accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order requirements.
+ Move picked products to the shipping or staging area using a push cart, pallet jack, and, once trained, a forklift.
+ Handle a wide variety of products, including cases of water bottles, metal housings for PLCs, and computer or electronic parts.
+ Meet and maintain productivity expectations, starting at approximately 100 lines picked per shift and progressing toward 150–175 lines per shift as proficiency increases.
