Order to Cash (OTC) Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance, define prioritization tactics, and ensure compliance with SLAs and business controls.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, represent the team in client meetings, and provide issue resolution for escalations.
• Drive team development through onboarding, skills enhancement, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business (any)
• 5-6 years overall Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash work experience
• Minimum of 2 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience
• Knowledgeable in general finance and various finance concepts and principles
• Amenable to work onsite (Naga City) and do night shift schedule
