Organisation Design & Transformation Lead

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Organisation Design Consultant for a full-time, on-site embedded role within their People & Culture function in the United Arab Emirates. The consultant will provide strategic and operational expertise to aid in organisation design and HR transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will have 8–12+ years of experience in Organisation Design and a strong understanding of job architecture. This position requires excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate business strategies into effective organisational solutions.
