This role plays a key part in designing, delivering, and evaluating initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, and team performance across Ramsay Health Care. Blending facilitation, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and program design, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders and teams to deliver impactful organisational development initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes across a large and complex organisation.
