We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management leader to help drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a highly complex platform environment.

This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable, portfolio-level change management strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience leading change across large enterprise transformations, building sustainable operating models, and managing cumulative organizational change impacts

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (15+ years without)
• Enterprise-level Organizational Change Management experience
