Description We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Consultant to support a major transformation initiative within a non-profit organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will focus on driving adoption, readiness, and engagement across finance and operational teams as new enterprise processes and tools are introduced.
