Typical work assignments include: Independently establishing and managing the Ombudsman Program for the agency. Monitoring program progress and evaluating performance against objectives. Identifying training needs and organizes training sessions based on program findings. Providing management and stakeholders with recommendations, tools, and best practices to resolve problems and improve program effectiveness.
