Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists surgeons in performing surgical techniques in the field of sports medicine using Company's instruments, implants and consumables
- Guide surgeons in using new products and techniques
- Ensures appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use
- Builds positive relationships with customers
- Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate products to address them
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques
- Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all times
- Degree in Nursing or medical qualification. Must be Ortho Trained
- 3+ years related working experience
- Registered nurse
- Professional experience in the sports medicine field is advantageous
