Osler Hospitality Client Experience Role

Become the welcoming face of Osler as a Client Experience Ambassador within our Hospitality Services group. Your primary focus will be providing top-notch reception and switchboard support to enhance client satisfaction.
In this role, you will greet and assist clients and visitors, ensure smooth communication over the switchboard, and orchestrate catering and buffet service during meetings. With your interpersonal skills, you’ll cultivate meaningful relationships with everyone you interact with, from clients to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients and visitors timely
• Ensure proper visitor check-in to maintain security
• Manage incoming calls and provide accurate message-taking
• Support buffet procedures at the Conference Centre
• Handle urgent requests for meeting services
Requirements:
