• Job Title: Operation Theatre (OT) Incharge / OT Manager
• Location: Mathikere, Bangalore
• Department: Nursing / Surgical Services
• Reports To: Nursing Superintendent / Chief Medical Officer / Hospital Administrator
• Core Objective: To oversee daily OT workflows, ensure zero-compromise safety protocols, and coordinate seamlessly between surgical teams, anesthetists, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Workflow Management

• Coordinate surgical schedules: Allocate operating rooms and manage emergency or ad-hoc surgical bookings.
• Assign staff duties: Create monthly rosters, distribute shifts, and assign dedicated scrub, circulating, and recovery nurses for posted cases.
