**The Job You Will Perform:**

Assume responsibility for an assigned area of the order-to-invoice process to include:

+ Assessing and influencing the effective use of the supported processes and tools
+ Managing process enhancements from beginning to end
+ Ensuring new or upgraded functionality works via appropriate testing
+ Creating or revising support documentation
+ Providing day-to-day end user support
