Woodland Clinic Medical Group (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/woodland-clinic) is seeking an additional, general Otolaryngologist to join our ENT service. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collegial, and collaborative multi-specialty group that has served the community for over a century.
**Opportunity Highlights:**
+ Practice alongside tenured otolaryngologists
+ Full-time, general adult practice (some PEDS); no cosmetics
+ Ear surgery experience a plus
+ Shared practice-only call; no ED call (approx. 1:6–1:7)

**Compensation & Benefits: Professional Support:**
+ 18 month salary guarantee: $549,601
+ Signing and relocation incentives
+ Two year shareholder track
