Deaconess Specialty Physicians is seeking a fellowship-trained Head & Neck Cancer Surgeon to join our growing, multidisciplinary Cancer Service Line. This is a unique opportunity to practice high-acuity surgical oncology in a collaborative, resource-rich environment.

Position Highlights

• Guaranteed Base Salary : $525,000 for the first 12 months, plus quality incentive bonus
• Lucrative Compensation Model : Productivity-based earnings with investment opportunity in the Evansville Surgery Center (joint venture with Deaconess and community surgeons)
• Sign-On Bonus : $100K for experienced surgeons; $50K for those with training stipends available for current fellows
