Situation: 40-member, 14-specialty physician group with 20 primary care doctors affiliated with the not-for-profit Health System, the largest medical provider serving a largely rural 300,000 population region composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. The System operates a 426-bed regional referral center in Western Illinois, (population 50,000).
The group has an ENT Department and needs to add one highly skilled, marketable, and hard-working ENT who a team player and committed to quality patient care. The other ENT's currently in the community have full practices and have been unable to accommodate the substantial referral volume gene...
