Requirements
Dial and connect
- Work through existing customer lead campaigns and cold lead campaigns with consistent energy and high activity, opening conversations from a cold start.
- Take live transfers from lead warmers, pick up the conversation smoothly, and carry the client through to a sale.
Understand and advise
- Present quotes clearly, explain product features, benefits, exclusions and costs in plain language, and handle objections without pressure.
- Close the sale and set the client up correctly for a smooth onboarding.
Stay compliant and accurate
- Make the required identity, purpose and call-recording disclosures
