We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Delivery Lead to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of B2B outbound campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is an operational delivery role, not a sales role. You won’t be selling. You’ll be managing the people, process, and data that produce pipeline for our clients. You’ll own the campaign from the moment the contract is signed through to the monthly review; coaching SDRs, managing client relationships, monitoring campaign performance, and making the calls on what to change and when.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing outbound campaigns across 6–10 client accounts simultaneously.
  • Owning the delivery lifecycle: onboarding, messaging development, list building, campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing management.
