About the role
As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging prospective sellers from strategic lead lists provided by the Head of Sales, converting them into active marketplace partners.
This is a high-activity, performance-driven role suited to individuals who are disciplined, resilient, and motivated by achieving clear sales outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Outbound Prospecting
- Execute structured outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Engage with prospective sellers from pre-qualified lead list
- Clearly articulate the marketplace value proposition
Lead Qualification & Conversion
- Assess seller suitability across category, range and operational readiness
- Progress qualified sellers through to sign-up
