Outbound Supervisor (2nd Shift)

As the Outbound Supervisor at Arvato, your primary objective will be to ensure the timely completion of orders, aligning with our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Collaborating closely with Wave Panning, you'll manage labor resources effectively while prioritizing orders with precision. YOUR TASKS
* Supervise and manage the labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.
* Ensure on-time completion and maintain quality of orders to meet customer requirements. 
* Work with control tower on labor management and priority of orders. You will oversee direct shipping, pick, and pack and traffic.
* Supervise and coordinates activities of employees. 
* Receiving of materials.
* Transferring of materials.
* Hire and ensure proper training of new employees for the picking, packing, and shipping departments.
