About the role
As Outcomes Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and embedding outcome-focused practice across SILC. You will work collaboratively across the organisation to build staff capability, strengthen leadership, and ensure the people we support are at the centre of everything we do.
Key responsibilities include:
· Lead and manage training programmes that build workforce capability and align with industry best practice.
· Develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring, and strengthening induction and internal training initiatives.
· Support and coach line managers to strengthen leadership practice and improve service delivery outcomes.
· Implement leadership development programmes that build confidence, skills, and accountability across teams.
