Forest school/ Outdoor learning Teaching Assistant – Southampton
Pay: £85-95 per day
Contract: Short term – September 1st 2026 – potentially long-term for the right candidate
Learning Support Assistant Role for SEMH children
This is a warm and nurturing Junior school near the centre of Southampton that has excellent outdoor grounds and uses these to facilitate learning for those with SEMH needs. The school is keen to appoint those who understand that nature, outdoor experiences, communication and team building are at the heart of inclusion learning.
About the Role:
- Working in small groups and sometimes 1:1
- Have knowledge of Trauma informed practice
