Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of Santan cafes and restaurants.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management and minimise wastage.
- Support Grab & Go activation at terminals, including push cart operations.
Revenue & Profitability
- Drive initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures to reduce operational wastage and optimize resource utilization.
- Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership & Optimisation
