Duties and responsibilities related to the Outlet Manager - Mr. & Mrs. Hawker position:
Lead all front-of-house operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, from daily opening and closing procedures to managing service flow.Recruit, train, schedule, and manage the performance of the entire service team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.Serve as the ultimate host and face of the restaurant, warmly welcoming guests, building relationships with regulars, and professionally resolving any complaints.Possess and instill in the team a deep knowledge of Singaporean cuisineDrive restaurant profitability by managing the outlet's P&L, controlling costs (labor, beverage, supplies), and minimizing waste.Work with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure food quality and presentation are consistently high and authentic to the Singaporean concept.Manage all inventory for beverages, glassware, and service supplies, pl...
