We are seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing adult base primary care team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients across the lifespan, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting.

**Position Details:**

+ Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions to patients 14 years and above
+ Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
+ Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
