NRG Park is a premier facility with four major venues within one complex, including NRG Center, NRG Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), NRG Astrodome, and NRG Arena. This position serves as a frontline operations leader, supporting event execution across the park. Under the direction of Outside Operations Coordinators and Managers, the Outside Operations Lead assists with supervising staff, coordinating event setup and breakdown, and ensuring safe and efficient operations during events.
