The Overall Vehicle Integration R&H VAW engineer is accountable for China-specific Ride & Handling system integration across vehicle projects, ensuring target achievement at overall vehicle level (performance, robustness, customer perception) in alignment with global Mercedes-Benz standards.

System & Target Ownership (Vehicle Level)

Define, own and continuously optimize China-specific R&H system targets at overall vehicle level

Align local targets with global Mercedes‑Benz standards, vehicle line strategies and customer expectations

Steer chassis functions and modules (suspension, steering, tires, damping systems, etc.) towards target‑conform system performance
