Key Responsibilities Department Operations & Execution
- Supervise overnight stocking operations, including unloading, stocking, facing, and backstock organization
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandised according to company standards
- Execute planograms, resets, and promotional displays accurately
- Maintain proper product rotation (FIFO) and minimize product damage
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for opening
