Job Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to manage the APAC Purchase to Pay (P2P) Team for Beckman Coulter, overseeing optimization and improvement across P2P teams. This role reports to the Head of CFS P2P and is part of the Leadership team in the Centre of Financial Services (CFS).

In This Role

• Manage professional associates and/or supervisors, overseeing full ownership of end‑to‑end P2P processes and ensuring smooth delivery service with measurable results.
• Identify opportunities and lead process innovation (e.g., RPA, AI, Danaher Business Systems/Continuous Improvement) to improve cost, cycle time, and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges and provide guidance to associates, colleagues, and customers.
