**Hours:** Monday-Friday daylight, 8 - 4:30 PM, weekly daytime rotations in the hospital

**Location:** This role will be credentialed at UPMC Chautauqua Hospital, and will include travel to GLPP Cardiology at15 S. Main St, Suite 110, Jamestown, NY 14701

**Position Specifics:** This is the 7th APP position for our growing cardiology practice. We are directly affiliated with UPMC HVI Cardiology. This role will include working in the hospital seeing cardiology consults and performing rounding
