PAC3 Sustainment Field Ops IPT - Project Engineer Sr

**Description:** Lockheed Martin is looking for a highly qualified professional to join the PAC-3 Launcher Sustainment Team as the Field Operations (FO) Integrated Product Team (IPT). The candidate will work directly with the PAC-3 FO Program Manager, executing contract actions and driving cost, quality, and schedule performance across multiple concurrent sustainment task orders. Responsibilities include managing integrated master schedules, contract deliverables, risk & opportunity registers, and program performance metrics; partnering with Control Account Managers, functional leaders, Technical Operations Center, and customer/partner contacts to share best practices and identify schedule or cost impacting risks. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of the PAC-3 launcher system and a proven track record of successful collaboration across program, logistics, engineering, and international teams.
