Packaging materials & systems administrator

Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Previous experience in a packhouse/warehouse environment
Strong stock control and inventory management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong reporting and administrative skills
Problem‑solving and proactive planning
Accountability and reliability
Very good organisational and time management abilities
MS Office and Excel (stock systems advantageous)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced production environment, independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Own transport and license
Willing to work overtime and night shifts during peak season
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist System Manager with system administration as and when needed
Manage and control packaging material stock within the packhouse environment
Minimise excess stock at the end of each commodity cycle
