Requirements
- Paid search expertise including campaign structure, bidding strategies and feed-based activity
- Paid social expertise across common platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok and others) including audience strategy, creative testing and optimisation
- Proven ability to lead in-platform optimisations and performance troubleshooting
- Experience managing multi-market or event-based campaigns with complex timelines
- Working knowledge of media tracking and measurement, including pixels, conversion tracking and common analytics platforms such as GA4
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Confident in client servicing and stakeholder management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
