Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Director of Digital Transformation, the Paid Media & Performance Specialist will oversee and coordinate all paid media activities across the full funnel, from conversion-focused performance campaigns to upper-funnel brand and awareness initiatives. This role sits within the Digital Transformation team, which owns the performance and conversion media ads and is responsible for coordinating the use of Marketing’s upper-funnel brand and awareness paid media, ensuring alignment between brand building and performance objectives.
